This could very well belong in the "Kudos" forum.
Sunday I was diving off the Cypress Sea and right before the first dive as I was rigging up, my SPG blew as I pressurized my cylinder. Just as I started running through backup plans in my head, Steve, the DM on the boat, heard the noise and offered his reg (which was also DIN) as a substitute so I wouldn't have to sit out the first dive to work on gear. I took up his offer and made the dive. During the interval I fixed the gauge and was good to go for the remaining two dives. So I just want to say a huge "Thanks" to Steve and crew of the Sea. As always a great and helpful group.
