Call your certification agency. They might be able to get you a card before then, but even if they can't get you a card, they can send verification to the resort you're staying at.

You can call PADI and they can email you a temporary, or with your cert number a PADI pro can verify the cert on the web. They can also send duplicate cert card to your hotel, overnight Saturday delivery may be a bit pricey.

If your PADI certified, not problem. Any PADI pro (DM-Instructor- whatever) can look up your cert on line. All you need is your full name and date of birth....something I suspect you can find. 
I would email the dive op you are using on Bonaire and make sure they can verify your cert (send them your name and BD).

I just ordered a replacement Nitrox card from PADI online. After the order was completed a screen popped up with a temprary 90 day card that I could print. Being connected to color printer would help. You can use the link in the post above to do this.
