I'm not familiar with these locations, and a map search turned up two areas in the Metro Baltimore area with similar names. So, assuming that we are talking Maryland...
Shock Trauma, in downtown Baltimore has one of the nicest hyperbaric chambers you will ever find.
It actually has two compartments, and an air lock so they can bring personnel in and out of the chamber while it is under pressure.
The chambers themselves are room-sized. You can stand in them, and a regular stretcher can be wheeled into them. I believe they can preform surgery in them. They can hold multiple ambulatory patients (like a whole family that gets CO poisoning).
They have a whole Hyperbaric medical staff on hand.
And, thanks to the Maryland State Police Helicopter, you are never more than about 40 minutes away from the chamber, most places in MD.
I've toured the chamber several times, it's very impressive. If I ever get bent, that's where I'd want to go. I'm happy to say I've never needed their services!
All of these details are from my memory, if you Google Shock-Trauma and find I got some facts wrong, I blame nitrogen narcosis.
Ok, I found them online:
