It is time for me to order new condom caths, I've been using the Widebands but I have problems with adhesion particularly in summer when things are damp down there. I've tried skin prep but they just barely stay on.

I was browsing options and I saw hydrocolloid, I know these work well for bandages, has anyone tried the hydrocolloid condom caths?

The hydrocolloids I see are the Bard Spirit, which perhaps the type 3 would work, having a 3” shaft with adhesive the length with light adhesive properties (according to the medicalmonks.com site I’ve ordered my caths from)

I’ve switched from the Widebands to the Hollister InView Extra which looks exactly lie the wideband, but I believe has stronger adhesive strength. Medical Monks also rates the adhesive type as strong. The InView standard they rate the adhesive as medium stength.
