Hurricane Exhaust

Hello,

I was inspecting my regs and noticed that my exhaust valve/tee was missing from my hurricane second stage. I guess it was smashed on the boat last dive.

Where can i get a spare exhaust tee? I couldnt find one on divegearexpress.
