Does anybody know who offers a good training course on conducting hull searches? We are a police dive team whose role is expanding (so we're told).

Thanks SCUBARICH for posting the link above.

I wanted to mention to PAUL R that Dive Rescue International will travel to his location to teach the program. That will save $$$ and time for those officers in the region who need this training. The programs have been taught in multiple port cities around the US and Canada. The instructors who teach the program can "walk the walk" and "talk the talk" because they are law enforcement officers who conduct hull searches on a regular basis in their own communities.

Dive Rescue International can be reached at 800-248-3483.

A-T Solutions puts on an excellent school. They come to your homeport and conduct the training. It is a five day course and you may be able to pay for it with Homeland Security Funds. If you want to know more let me know. All the instructors are Navy EOD Divers.
