I noticed that, too. But the unit can be disassembled and reassembled in the correct manner for which he intends to use it.

Can't quite figure out why they photographed it like that ? ? ? ?

I actually have one that I used for a couple of years until I decided to run my backup analog off the right HP port.

I didn't receive it as it appears in the photograph. When received, it had the two female connections in the same orientation.

Talk about coming through in a hurry. Much thanks for the help folks (except the two who decided pissing in my cheerios was necssary).

As I CLEARLY STATED, I'm going to try the 7/16" 'extender' from Innovative, and if that doesn't work, then I now know where to get what I need.

Besides, it's good to know random things like this exist. Why? Hell if I know, but it's like finding a box of piss-free cheerios you didn't realize you had. (avoiding the urge to rant)
