HP Hose to Pony Bottle Mini Gauge Adapter?

I'd like to install a mini gauge on a short hose as a backup to my wireless pressure transmitter. I have a short Miflex HP carbon gauge host and a pony bottle mini gauge. Alas, the hose female end expect an SPG on a swivel, so I can't connect the pony mini gauge directly to it.

Is there some adapter I can buy to make this work?
