Oh and here are my two diving videos so far.

A short section of the beginning of the San Marcos River.

And the San Solomon Springs in Balmorhea, Tx. This video is unfinished but I posted it and just haven't gotten around to finishing it.

I would have made a video yesterday but I decided to stuff the fish basket since I was getting fish for me and a friend. There is always next weekend.

Yeah I already have. Last summer I was in the position to be telling a game warden and some TDA cops the latest rules and regulations. I only shoot non game fish like sunfish and the occasional grass carp...but that is because by law I should gut every grass carp I find in these two rivers.

I also have to be outside of the city limits and I know them to the exact river sections.

Go forth and do great things. I just wanted to save you money, trouble and time.

Yeah, it's all good. I do my research before I do anything that could potentially violate the law. I've got a lifetime hunting and fishing license that they would be more than happy to take away and those aren't cheap to replace.

I even talked to a lawyer for TPWD before I started making earrings and belt buckles out of gar scales to make sure that 1) there were no limits in any way on the needlenose gar and 2) I could legally sell any portion of the animal.

I guess if I mention it I might as well show some pics...

Hi,
Have you ever had the chance to dive in Balmorhea, TX?

Yeah, I love Balmorhea! I've only been there first and didn't have any of my gear the first time. The second time I brought my camera. The pictures didn't turn out and I hadn't much experience with the video at the time so the shots are really shaky, but here is the video. Also forgot to mute the sound when I pieced it together. It wasn't until I had it uploaded to youtube when I realized the computer had the volume off.
