How would you include a video in your posting$? Is there a feature similiar to the uploading feature in the photo gallery?

I don't know that you can upload video to this site. But you can get a free Photobucket.com account and upload them there, then embed the URL in your Scubaboard posts. For higher resolution videos, Stage 6 is the place to host them. You Tube would be lower down on the list of preferences, as they are strictly Flash video of relatively low quality.
