ABSOLUTELY! Story I read on here the other day (wish I could find it) about a novice diver pulling the tie off on wreck and SWIMMING IT into the divers on the reel. Can you imagine the pucker factor on that? Could have killed them all in one shot.

I'm missing something here . . .

The boat was tied off on the wreck, and the diver untied the boat and brought it's line to the other divers?

No, some guys were penetrating a wreck, tied off a primary reel, and went in. Some moron UNHOOKED their primary tie off (marking their way home), and BROUGHT the end of the line INSIDE the wreck...
