The basic steps are....
1. Find Galapagos shark
2. slip into the water with camera and swim down about 25ft
3 have guy on boat throw bits of fish between you and the shark
4 find one of the bigger bits of fish and keep it near the business end of your camera
5 hit record, follow shark and see what happens!!!

Nice Work ............Mark Lucky dog

wow, Drew. nice.

Yea, I dive with some guys that always have a big bag of fish guts. I really don't like it when it rains all around me.

Fantastic...where was this? How big was he? You need a stick, maybe.

About 4 miles off the north shore...near where the shark tour boats go, we just stopped...the sharks showed up, we got in, the rest is history.

This one was about 9-10 ft, but There were a few 12 ft'ers around that day.
I just love the angle of that shot.

Who needs a stick when you have a camera to hide behind:D

Whenever I go to either of these locations there are always several Galapogos sharks around. They can be a very inquisitive shark and sometimes aggressive enough for me to have to hit them on the nose with my cam. Never had to chum for them tho', they come up to me everytime I'm there. Maybe that's why I love going especially to the Cocos. Been there 10 times and will be going back in 2008. The Cocos Islands are seasonal for the best times to go however.
