? How to add a dump valve to a BCD?

I picked up a Scubapro Finseal BC and I would like to add a lower dump valve. I have the valve I harvested from a junk BC and figure I can just trace the hole I want, cut the hole with a pair of scissors, and install the valve. I'm wondering if I should should treat the surface of the BC that will be under the valve with a bit of aquaseal or neoprene cement? Any other words of wisdom that might help?

Some dump valves require special tools for installation - I don't know if Scubapro is like that also or not... just a word of caution before you start "slicing and dicing" lol
