User CP at the top then edit profile picture.
Click on your user Control Panel. Then click on Edit Profile Picture. It opens a new window. . Either enter the URL to the image you wish to use, or click the 'Browse...' button to upload an image directly from your own computer.
If uploading from your computer, follow the prompts then save the changes. Good luck!
