Actaully all of you hit the alloy dot on the head. I did reverse the numbers and I apperently did not look close enough because above the original alloy that I posted there is the 3AL stamped on the tank. So actually this place did follow procedure and did stamp the tank, I just didnt look close enough. Thanks everyone for all your input.
