Been working out quite a bit. My girlfriend wants me to stop weight lifting. (She doesn't complain when I have to carry or move stuff for her though.) My best bench is 380lbs, though I'm off par by about 60lbs lately because of a hurt shoulder. Gonna go again later on today. My goal was to bench double my body weight, so I'm pretty close.

A diving instructor that works out?
You will ruin the lazy image of dive instructors!

My record, in my working out days (before I indulged in profesional scuba) was abou 250 lbs, And on those days I enjoyed diveng with almost no weights ;)

Alas... the last two years I worked out a considerable belly...

Is 438 push-ups! (Underwater, of course)

:tease:

I need no weight with the top half of my Wetsuit and 4 lbs with both pieces @ 400 psi in sw. It is a 4mm Henderson.

Oh well...

I used to be the same NetDoc, alas...

hm-BTW-
Did you know the Red sea is saltier than most and you nead about 2-4 pounds more than on any other sea?
(not including the dead sea ;) to dive there you need about 80 lbs)

as you need ice diving... I had 380#s and I still couldn't descend!!! Whats with that? This stuff is as hard as a rock!!! Give me Florida or give me something else!!! Where it pays to be a blonde!!!

:tease:
