How much extra weight do I need?

I know it will be variable but I need some help estimating how much extra weight I will need for a 7 mm suit for a dive in acouple of weeks - I routinely use 8 # in a full 3 mm and 12 # when I add a 2 mm shorty and hood - any thoughts ?

I'd guess somewhere around 20-25 lbs, if it's a 2-piece.
