"I'm a diver in the daytime...I play the blues guitar at night..."(sung to a twelve bar, BB King style in "b". There ain't nothing better than sitting around with a few beers and friends, jamming after a day in the water. Any other blues players and rockers on the board? Hank

I try. I'm not very good with blues but I'm getting better. (guitar, of course)

I've been taking piano lessons for the last year and a half. I love trying to play the blues.

I play a little but the purists might scoff at my blues: jimi and SRV.

....unfortunately, I don't sound like either of them by the way. :( ;)

Been known to play a little, especially in my younger days...not much time since satan's spawn (aka my daughter) entered the world a few years ago. Major influences were Clapton, Jimi, Stevie and Buddy. Sorry, but like "jiveturkey" I didn't sound quite like them either, but my heart was always in it.... :crafty: still love to listen to them though both live and on memorex :dazzler1:

I play along with Skynyrd quite a bit. But in all these years I have never mastered the lead part of Sweet Home Alabama. I would love to play with some people regularly but down here in the middle of nowhere...But playing with the stereo is good. You always play with a GOOD band and they don't ever pull no shows from a hangover or whatever. I'm getting into the BB King style more now. Less notes but spot on. The kind that give you chicken skin. Rock on.

I pick a little, sing a little, and write a little.

yup, i play the blues... sing them too, though people usually pay me to get me to
shut up

i play (and sing (?)) all sorts of stuff, from Leonard Cohen to Hank Williams
