I'm going into my second year of working on mine, so statistically the answer to your question is 0.5!

I'm a divemaster (and an OWSI too, going to be OWSI + Specialties and submitt for MSD-T within two weeks).

But, basically, I just became an instructor so that makes me a divemaster honestly.
