How long is the webbing of a standard DR basic harness? I need to order new webbing but just a little longer.....

I think the base is 15' of 2" webbing, well thats what Hammerhead harnesses come with. But remember that the dive-rite rig uses 1" crotch strap, so you may be able to get away with about 12'.

If it's any help, we furnish 12 ft of resin reinforced webbing in our Hogarthian Harness Kits. This is used for the basic harness, the crotch strap is a seperate piece made of a softer webbing. I've never had a request for a longer basic harness.
Webbing is cheap, if you order 5 yds (15 ft) you will have plenty, and likely enough left over to make a few knife sheaths.
