Wet and cold. They are a good suit for a wet suit. A lot of people start with them but go to dry suits real quick. The second dive is the deciding factor...most freeze on the second dive. Its not bad if its a nice sunny day during your surface interval...but if it is raining and blowing you will be kicking yourself for not going dry.
