We are thinking of diving there tomorrow. Are there any recent reports from anyone about the vis and how the beach restoration has affected the diving?

Dove last Sunday off of 8th street on Pompano Beach(it was rough); vis was good as you got out to the Drop Off(maybe 30 feet or more). Before that (should be the same off off Datura/LBTS) it was less than 10 feet. But conditions improved after Monday. Looks 9mph wind at noon, 14mph at 3pm, 2.7f swell @4 sec for tomorrow.
The further out you go the better the vis..

i guess you went diving already....how was the beach dive ........ i was on a boat that day.

no worries....the water was a bit choppy this last weekend....
