Hi Everyone

Canon S95 + Canon housing

I've been using one strobe for almost a year and now I want to get a second

With one strobe I connect the cable to the strobe and the other end is stuck over the camera flash

With the second strobe, do I connect the second cable to the strobe and stick the other end over the camera flash, same as the first strobe?

Or is it more complex than that
I already have two cables, because I have a back up for my single strobe set up

Thanks very much for your help

Two cables, one from each flash connected to the housing directly in front of the camera flash.

You can run both optical cables to the source (camera flash) or you can run an optical from strobe 1 to strobe 2. Inon makes cables that accomplish this. In some set ups with multiple strobes it simplifies the cabling. Some Japanese photogs run as many as 6 strobes, thus the need to run them from a loop of optical cable rather than direct cables to the camera flash window.

Inon also makes a y cord but most people just run an individual cable for each strobe in a dual rig..
