I have seen a dive trip countdown under the posts of a lot of members and thought it was vfery useful. Can anyone tell me how I can generater that under my posts?

User CP/Edit signature and insert the following (adding your own option and value)

Usage: [ countdown=Option ] value [ /countdown ] (delete all blank spaces)

Example Usage: [ countdown = 12/31/2020 5:00 AM; It is finally here ] Count down: [ /countdown ]

Taken from: user CP/vB code list

Hope this helps :D

Heeee . . . speaking vB code, are we? :giggle:

Here is mine:

Bonaire in [countdown=06/25/2011 05:00 pm]Count down: [/countdown]

Just put your date and time in the line, and replace the "Bonaire in" with whatever. Note it always puts a period at the end.

Hey, thanks to the OP and to those who answered. I've been wondering the same thing.

And as you can see below, I now having the timer set on our upcoming trip to Belize.
