How do you pronounce "Cay"?

earlier this year on my cruise they pronounced it KEY and we weren't in FL.

well, there is also Quay like Circular Quay in Sydney.

It's pronounced the same, but it's not an island like the others are. A quay is a wharf built parallel to the shoreline.

There is some goofy fishing show on that is some name, I can't remember, and then Cay Chronicles. On that show they pronounce it "kay"
