How do you obtain current Southern California dive conditions?

Let me clarify my question. I have links and phone numbers to obtain dive conditions in Laguna and La Jolla (MEANING VISIBILITY, WATER TEMP, AND AIR TEMP, but mostly vis). How can I find out what the vis is in Catalina, Wreck Alley, the Channel Islands, and other good dive locations before going?
