That's good to know. So the lower the number the more "aged" you are. :)

What constitues an active memeber versus a member? Is it posting within a certain length of time?

put this:http://www.scubaboard.com/member.php?u=1 in an address bar in your browser and just change the number after the = sign and you can see for yourself.
 
I wouldn't think so - why would you want to replace someone who was here in the beginnning?
 
I'm number 68..
 
What I don't understand is why nauifins73 (member number 37) shows as having joined in February 2001 when we know she joined in July 2000.
