How do you keep a back inflated B.C. from dunking your face in the water ???

I dive with another of Scubapro's back inflate BCs, the S-Tek. A trick I have found that you might be able to use is the following:

Look on the sides of your BC, between the wing and the padding on the BC. Mine has 2 small D rings, one above the other, separated by ~ 5 inches.

If yours does, then you can buy Dive Rite Trim Weights (http://www.dive-rite.com/products/bcd/weight_sys.htm) and attach them, one on each side, to the D rings. You can zip tie them or use Quick Links to attach them (make sure you attach both the top and the bottom). They come in 4 and 7 Lb sizes.

They don't interfere with buoyancy under the water, just help above.
