I am charged about diving this time of year for two reasons. first, this time of year when you get the right conditions the visibility can be awesome such as at Laguna Beach when there is a mild off shore wind. Second, I love lobster..... need I say more?

I like to go dive. Last week was the first complete wash out in quite some time. I'll be back in the water this week.

Unfortunately I got left behind for the Catalina trip this weekend!

The love of diving can make me overcome the 50 deg. water. I wished I had a drysuite.

I'd trade the colder temp for the better viz and water condition any days. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the toasty summer water temp of 60-something F like anybody else, but I hate dealing with crappy viz and surgey water, not to mention brown, rotted and dying kelp forests.

Give me winter SoCal diving any time.

Drysuit? I don't need no steenkin' drysuit!!!
