I tried my video cam setup in a pool the other day, and when I came home and viewed it, I noticed a nice juicy goober on the lens (or maybe the external port on the casing).

Any tips for cleaning the glass before a dive? I figure my fingers are probably greasy from mask defogger or other bodily fluids...

Thanks.

I put No More Tears Baby Shampoo on my dome port and rinse it with water. I don't wipe it off or anything. It lets the water slide right off, not leaving any droplets. The goober might be from the chlorine.
