how do you change from registered over your screen name to lets say Dive Master???

For divemaster you need to join the divemaster group, go here-

And click the "join" link. You need to provide your name, DOB, agency and number. Once we've verified your info and added you to the group you can select the "Divemaster" badge in your user control panel.
