First start can be at Padi pro's classifieds (link at the top when logged in). There is usually shops searching for new instructors for the different seasons.

I just continued working for same centre that I did the dm and IDC.

Flashing your CD card to a prospective employer is likely to be a good start.

Yeah I have a suggestion for you: read your own blog from 5 days ago.
This topic smells like another spam attempt.

Yeah... my suspicion also.

It wouldn't really be really good advertising for a 'PADI Pro' Centre to be so heinously creepy, having reached rock bottom credibility, lurking around on forums asking disingenuous and duplicitous questions ...

If THAT were the only way to market your courses, it doesn't say anything good whatsoever..

Or maybe it really is Course Director who just kept drinking the PADI 'enjoy a career...' kool aid, paid for every development course on earth and when there's no more cards left to pay for... just found themselves clueless and barely employable in the dive industry (like most star-struck 'pros' do on graduation from IDCs etc...)

Any suggestions?

Calls very much into question the validity, competency, or sincerity of this training operator if they need to ask such a question.

Hey, maybe an IDC student asked them this exact question... and after an obligatory all-hands brainstorming and googling session they concluded they have no idea.
