How do I activate Counter?

Hi, I was wondering how I can activate the counter. I set it up in the control panel, but it's not showing up in my post. Do I have to put a link in somewhere or something?

In order for the countdown timer to work you need to set ALL the fields (including the day, hour, minute, second) and be using the Portal Theme.
