Twin Lakes is still officially closed, though open on Sundays only for classes by special arrangement.

When does it open?
Last I heard, sometime in March. There is still construction vehicles in the area and that has to clear out first.
Twin Lakes is open now on sundays. We were there last Sunday along with about 15 others. No special arrangements needed for anyone.
