Yeah...that's about it I think.

Use your arrow keys to move your guy up/down/left/right. He will interact with some of the flying objects in the air.

For some reason I can see myself with a mindless look on my face doing this for hours during a really boring teleconference.

You didn't take Fly Guy high enough. Don't let him answer the phone or work the Xerox machine or he gets grounded. Oh yea...the stork will drop the baby if they collide but it's cool.
