hello all I just bought a used sea and sea nx d200 housing with a dome port . the housing is floating dome up , and it is hard to take pics with . is there a way to trim the housing to float level or dome facing down to help with framing a good pic? do I add weight to the bottom or add floats to the arms ?

thanks for all your advice

Go down to the auto supply store and get a package of stickum backed wheel weights. I ended up using the whole pack on my Fisheye dome (line them up in rows as long as you can fit, 2 to 3 deep, depending on the size) and that weighted the dome enough to stop it from flipping up. If you want to be safe, do what I did and start with a single row. Then add more rows until you're happy with it. I ended up double stacking the last few because I ran out of room.
