Any advice on the best housing for a cannon Rebel xti ?

I have been using my old DC500 but my Sony HD video takes better still's - I'd like to get my XTI under there and see how I do -- any guidance ?

Ikelite housings are the cheapest and run about $1300, Better aluminum housings run about $2300. Then you have to get ports for your lens and strobes. Better have about $2500-$3000 sitting around. I just housed my T2i and it cost me $2600 ( Ikelite Housing and ports, another DS-51 strobe and dual sync cable)

Hi thanks. I am not worried about the cost, just concerned with buying the correct set-up to capture the best pictures. I'll look at the Ikelite housings today, thank you.

Hi Crimson Ghost,

We have several pre-owned Seatool XTI housings in stock.

Some of the XTI housings we feature in our-pre owned section are a bit costly because they have the Inon viewfinders installed, which is a $1000 upgrade. We do have some of these housings which have a standard viewfinder and are an excellent value.

Give us a call or an email, if you're interested.

Crimson,
I've bought from Reef Photo and they know what they are talking about and a pleasure to work with.

I'm selling an Ikelite housing for a 400d/xti on ebay right now and the reserve has already been met.
