Yes, DP can provide tanks for shore diving, as can PLG across the street.
DP offers an EDP (Experienced Diver Program) that uses small six-packs to dive more aggressive profiles/advanced sites. They usually want to observe your skills on one of their standard boat trips before okaying you, but after that you're good to go.
