Hotdive Backplate BCD​

Let me introduce our Hotdive Backplate BCD.
Its most distinctive feature is personalized customization — you can provide us with your name or design ideas, and we will create embroidery to make a truly unique BCD that belongs only to you. With this, you’ll have high visibility when diving with your buddies and can be easily spotted in a crowd.

Materials​

Outer shell: 1260D nylon, high strength and abrasion-resistant, suitable for long-term use in seawater.
Inner bladder: 420D nylon, lightweight with excellent resistance to wear and puncture.

Backplate Options​

Available in aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and carbon fiber, allowing divers to balance lightweight configuration and stability according to their needs.

Buoyancy Options​

Single tank: 25 LB / 32 LB / 40 LB
Twin tank: 50 LB

Design Details​

Harness system: Quick-release design with trim bag, featuring a total of 9 D-rings.
Inflator system: K inflator with an oval corrugated hose. At the BCD–hose connection, we use UV-resistant, flame-retardant nylon cable ties that withstand both high and low temperatures.
Low valves: 3 valves with a flat design for smooth and efficient air release.

Available in 10 color options, combined with embroidery customization, making each BCD truly one of a kind.
