The water is a sauna as been reported!
Hen and Chickens reef a mile and half from shore in very shallow water
25 foot viz
No bleaching as of yet but it seems to be a definite (hope not)

Nice stuff, I recall Hens and Chickens being very nice. Any experience with Alligator Lighthouse? Worth diving or better to just snorkel?

Anything deeper than about 3 feet is better dived than snorkeled.

amazing fish life
viz always so so
ledge is where to dive

Islamorada today water temp much more reasonable but still high at 87
viz 25 very snowy
pod of dolphins on surface and a loggerhead turtle

So there’s been some temps higher than 87? I saw an article about this and then checked out the dive conditions on the rainbow reef website, but the don’t give water temps. I hope the bleaching doesn’t happen
