So this isn't true diving, really more of snorkeling with some tiny "freedives" since the scallops are usually in 6-10 feet but I figured I'd check in with ya'll anyway.
Has anybody been scalloping in Homosassa, FL this year? What's the report? Where are you finding them? North or south of the River mouth? Deep or shallow?
We aren't after a ton of them, just enough for a nice dinner for the family. My parents and sis are coming into town for it- they've never been before.
