So difficult to name just one place, but I would say:
liveaboard in the Maldives.
liveaboard off Port Sudan (rather than the overcrowded north), but nothing to see on land.
liveaboard or resort in the Philippines.

Antarctica
Good choice.

I did Palau and Truk separately, but the Truk/Palau combo is certainly the way to go if you can carve out the vacation time. I also agree that the combination has to be considered as grail destination, even if you're not a hardcore wreck enthusiast. The wrecks in Truk are so amazing and so full of life they will thrill even a lukewarm wreck diver. And the wrecks won't last forever either; they are deteriorating at least as fast as coral reefs are.

Definitely on my list of possibilities...

Bikini...

is there any other place which compares??

Got to be able to get there though - it is closed at present and doesn't look likely to reopen any time soon.

Interesting, when I was in Truk I was told that the liveaboard ss Thorfinn had considered doing a dedicated run across to Bikini by sea, but they just couldn't make the numbers work. But at least someone is thinking about it.

In contrast to Truk, Bikini doesn't offer NDL dives, the wrecks are pretty much free of encrustation, and the reefs are comparatively devoid of life. What you'd expect, I guess, from a nuclear test site. So its appeal is much narrower: wreck divers with technical training who are willing to dive deep air, probably, only twice a day. Combined with it's remoteness, it's easy to see why the numbers didn't work.
