My LDS does.
I've had constant trouble with my regs almost since I've had them and I've just about had enough. Chatting to my LDS owner (who I didn't buy my regs off) he suggested a different brand. I'd used the brand/style he suggested when breathing off a hot mix on my Nitrox course and nearly developed saltwater aspiration with the amount of water I inhaled. To convince me that the regs don't really breathe that wet, he has offered to lend me a set for a dive or two to try them out. I'm yet to take him up on his offer as I want to give my set one last chance and everything I've read about what he is recommending is that they are wet breathing regs anyway.
