I have had this suit for about a year as I outgrew my other suits...I am back down in weight and am ready to part with this lightly used suit. I have added a SiTec Pee valve. According the Hollis site, the XL is for Weight 210-240lbs, Height 71"-74", Chest 42"-46", Waist 36"-40", Hips 41"-45", Inseam 31"-33, Sock Size 9-12
This suit does not include undergarments. I will give a pair of size 10 Rock Boots with it if that is your size, if not, you will need to buy your size rock boots (Converse HiTops work well also)
