Hollis F1 Spring Strap

I just got a pair of the Hollis F1s and on my first dive, both fins came off (at different times). Fortunately, I was in shallow water and was able to retrieve them. So the question is, can the spring straps be moved to make them more snug? I see two mounting "bolts" on each side of the strap ends, but I don't know if the ends can be moved forward to the other "bolt". Thanks.

When you move the spring to the deepest (toward tip) hole you leave out the other screws, basically you have 3 adjustments, both all the way out, both all the way in or one in one out.

If that doesn’t do it replace the springs with shorter springs or bungee.
