I have a brand new never dove HOG DIN regulator set ready to go with 7' hose, big bolt snaps for dry gloves, and SPG. Everything but the backup bungee is included.

The high pressure hose is extra long for a tall person at 30" or so.

When was the last time this was serviced, and is it the environmentally sealed D1

It has never been dove. (Dived?) Never been serviced because it's never been used.

I'm reasonably sure it is the sealed cold water D1.

It looks like the warm water version. Can you post a picture of the top of the first stage (i.e., flip it over relative to what you show in the first picture)?
