I about to pull the trigger on a HOG BPW. When you configure the setup, does it come with two tank straps or do I need to buy a second one separately?

What does the description say? Link to where you're purchasing it? Mine came with 2, but I bought it used (5 dives on it) so they might have added it.

A couple years ago, the shops I looked at included two cam bands.
I would call or email the store you're buying from and confirm. This could have changed recently, especially with recent challenges in the supply chain. I've seen some "cost cutting" in other sports-related products in the last couple weeks.

All BP/W's come with two tank straps 
Never heard of one that had a single unless you count the old plastic blow moulded back packs.
