I bought a HOG38lbs wing (for doubles) on May 2012 from Dolphin Scuba Center (through amazon.com).

The wing is in great condition with absolutely no signs of wear and the fabric cordura sell is as new.

I had used this wing only in a few dives when I noticed that there is an air leakage. With the wing fully inflated the bladder begins to deflate within 10 minutes.

I replaced both the corrugated hose and the overpressure relief / pull-to-dump valve but the leakage still exists, so I am sure that the problem is the bladder.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestion.

Did you contact the dealer? They should be able to take care of it for you. I have handled a couple warranty issues for my customers and HOG always made it easy for me to do and backed me up on it.

Before you replace parts, determine the source of the leak.

Thank you Jim for your post.

I sent an email to EDGE/HOG regarding this issue two days ago but I haven't received any answer yet.

I will contact also the dealer to ask for the roadmap I have to follow.

You need to fine out where the leak is, try taking the bladder our and filling it with water to find the hole. I would send it back to Dolphin Scuba, that is one problem with buying through amazon or ebay

Thank you for your advice. I filled it with water and I found that the leakage comes from a side seam.

Also, I am in contact with Dolphin Scuba to fix this issue.

Thank you all for your contribution.

The wing is on the way to Dolphin Scuba Service Department.

I replied to your email asking for your address.
