Ive Recently Purchased A Zx-dsv Reg And Since The First Few Dives Is Has A Slight Freeflow (hissing) . The Manual Says It Could Be Possible To Have This And To Make A Slight Adj. To The Resistance Knob To Stop It. Well After The First Breath Underwater I Will Adj Slightly To Stop It. After The Next Breath I Will Have To Adj It Again Etc Etc Till I Have Turned The Knob About 3/4 Of A Turn. Since Full Closed Is Only 1.5 Turns I Find This To Be Excessive To Solve The Prob. Besides The Fact That I Can Feel A Noticeable Resistance In Breathing As Well. Is This Considered Normal? I Hope Not. I Like The Way The Reg Breaths With The Resistance Knob Full Out.
Please Advise If Its A Real Prob And If So Cause And Remedy.
