Just wondering if any parents have any high school boys who need a tuxedo. I have one that I don't think I really need. It was order made for me for my wedding but is in fantastic condition. Used only once!

It is a three button, single-breast, black tux. Roughly a 40regular jacket and about size 32-34 slacks. I was 5'10" when I got married, I'm about 5'2 now. Years of wear and tear.

Send me a PM with regular e-mail and I'll send you some photos.

I'm asking $150 for it and will throw in the shirt!

Even soon to be grooms (hint: Gabe)

Thanks,

Chris

What?!? I thought Hawaii didn't pass that law?

Just kidding... besides... Isn't Gabe a little taller than 5'10?

I think we're about the same size, other than weight. I'm a bit (a lot) more buoyant than he is.

My daughter's BF ask me for some cash towards a hotel room and I said "Are you smoking something?"....I need that money for another kayak...you don't happen to have a nice kayak do you? Turns out he did, and I made him pawn it to me for 100 dollars.:rofl3: I have looked at five this week, couldn't find a deal anywhere.

I know, I know...the hotel room concept, but I really don't want them driving around. better to be immoral and safe than immoral and on the roads. They all have a suite for a big party afterwards, I guess. Waikiki will be a circus tonight.

I am not sure when the other school's are having their proms...maybe you should put it on Craig's list, I know the Hawaii Craig's list is pretty active I think.

Whoa, Catherine, I'm glad I don't have any daughters. My mind would be spinning if a boy asked me for money for a hotel room to take my daughter.

I've tried Craigs list but the ads seem to just get lost after a day or two.

Looking on the bright side, I'm glad you got your extra kayak. What are the odds?

Chris

Check if any near by schools have a bulletin board for "For Sale" items

yes, I agree but that's what 17 and 18 year olds do---have parties in hotel suites.

I would say about half the parents know it and half don't, but 98% of the kids are there. I'm not saying it is right, but that's what the Punahou kids do after the prom.

I know I was doing worse at 17. Parents today are very phobic about drunk drivers, if not yours, then somebody else plowing into your kids.
I admit I compromise my principles a bit to keep them off the roads, prom night. In a year, they will be 3000 miles away and no supervision.
